Generative AI has bulldozed its way through the content we consume, whether it’s images, emails, text, even “ideas”.

It is a parasitic invention. It has fed on our cultural output, and is now dispensing a perverted imitation under the guise of convenience and claimed productivity increase.

It sucks up our planet’s ressources, giving very little back to us, and promising a lot of (potential) profit to its masters. It threatens to neuter our reasoning, our artistry, our skills.

For those of us hoping to resist this force-feeding and wanting to signal this to others, we propose the use of an ‘AI-free’ label. A statement that can be applied to any kind of output, stating that it was not drawn / written / thought of using a LLM.

We hope that it will plant a seed for others to consider their own practise, and show solidarity between those of us who value their humanity.
